The foundation of leadership is the ability to conduct and manage one’s self in a responsible, purposeful manner. If an athlete cannot lead themselves, how can they expect teammates to follow their lead?

Skills. Drills, and Leadership, coached and directed by Dr. David Udelf, teaches participants the basic elements of personal self-management, focus, approach, and leadership—the 6th tool—in an active small-group (4-10 person) baseball practice setting. Baseball skills and drills will be tough as well as the mental and leadership skills critical to practice and competitive success.

Dr. David Udelf is a consultant with DNA Academy and Beachwood Baseball. This program helps prepare athletes for the Middle School season, in addition to establishing a strong foundation to help participants prepare for the emotional and physical demand of High School competition.
